Cancellation, Refund, and Additional Fees

By making a reservation, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation Policy

For reservations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the booking becomes non-refundable within 24 hours of pickup, and the full booking amount will be charged in the event of cancellation.

For reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the renter will have a 1-hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund. After this 1-hour period, the full booking amount becomes non-refundable.

2. Cleaning, Smoking, and Pet Violation Fee

A $150 fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with excessive dirtiness or requires unusual cleaning, or if there is evidence of smoking or unauthorized pets in the vehicle.

3. Late Return Fee

A $50 late fee will be charged for late vehicle returns. Additional charges may also apply depending on the length of the delay, including but not limited to extra rental time, administrative fees, and any resulting loss of use or scheduling impact.

4. Additional Charges

The renter remains responsible for any other applicable charges arising from violations of the rental terms, including extended use, damage, cleaning, or other policy violations.
